Effect of Calcining Temperature on Uniformity of Blue Tungsten Oxide Particles
Blue tungsten oxide may be prepared by using ammonium paratungstate (APT) as raw material under H2 atmosphere and calcining temperature of 350-550°C. And obtained blue tungsten oxide was studied to find that calcining temperature had a certain influence on the uniformity of blue tungsten oxide particles, but it was not obvious. The uniformity of blue tungsten oxide particles is better at 400°C. The uniformity of these particles is slightly decreased with the increase of temperature as the recrystallization phenomenon of these particles is intensified with temperature increasing. It also due to the difference in the internal stress of the particles to break into small particles, and the large particles engage the small particles and promote the growth of the particles.
