華東地勘局入股英WTI50.1%
據(jù)新華社報道，(ECE)近日海外市場開拓再進一步，與英國一家主營金屬採選和冶煉的資源類企業(yè)Weatherly International Plc(簡稱WTI)達成絕對控股認購意向。
據(jù)悉，華東地勘局擬以總認購價格1,608.7萬英鎊(約1.99億港元)收購該企業(yè)50.1％的股份，并將擔(dān)任董事會主席，并承擔(dān)該企業(yè)所有勘探任務(wù)。
這是繼今年6月華東地勘局成功收購澳洲一上市稀土企業(yè)股份后，海外市場開拓再進一步，擁有境外絕對控股上市公司。
